The GJT30J Bearing Inner Race Dismantling and Mounting Heater uses the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to uniformly heat the bearing inner sleeve and labyrinth ring from the surface inward, causing instantaneous thermal expansion. When the expansion of the inner hole exceeds the interference fit of the shaft diameter, the bearing inner sleeve or labyrinth ring can be easily dismantled or mounted.

     The GJT30J Bearing Inner Race Dismantling Heater consists of an induction heater main unit and a control box.
1. The induction heater is mainly composed of an electromagnetic coil and a stainless steel and epoxy board housing. When the induction heater operates continuously and the electromagnetic coil generates heat and rises in temperature, an exhaust fan can be used to blow air onto the main unit coil of the induction heater for forced cooling, thereby extending the service life of the inductor. The induction heater is available in portable handheld and center-height adjustable types (users are advised to fabricate a simple frame based on the convenience of the usage site and the center height of the roll from the ground).
2. The control box primarily controls the heating time for the inductor to dismantle and mount the bearing inner race. It uses time control, and heating stops when the set time is reached. Additionally, the control system is equipped with a self-healing compensation capacitor to improve the power factor of the inductor and provide instant demagnetization (0.4-2 seconds). A portable thermometer is also included for users to measure the temperature and time correspondence during initial use.
